CII EHS Excellence Awards 2025

Step 1: Guidelines

Please read the following instructions carefully before proceeding with the EHS Awards 2025 application.

Eligibility: Participation is open to all organizations that demonstrate commitment towards Excellence in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) practices across their operations.
Application Confirmation: Submission of this form confirms your organization’s participation in the CII-EHS Excellence Awards 2025.
- Ensure that the participation has been approved by your top management.
- Once submitted, withdrawal of the application will not be permitted.
Documents to be Kept Ready: Before starting the application, please keep the following documents ready in PDF/JPG/PNG formats (maximum file size 2MB / file):
- Turnover Declaration (mandatory) [Please reach out to CII, if turnover is not applicable]
- SEZ Certificate (if participation type is SEZ)
- MSME Certificate (if applicable)

Turnover Declaration - Mandatory Requirements

Annual Report (Mandatory)

Applicants must upload a clear JPG image of the relevant page from the Annual Report for FY 2024–25 indicating the turnover amount. Blurred, incomplete, or unclear documents will not be accepted.

Auditor’s Declaration (Mandatory)

An auditor-certified declaration on the auditor’s official letterhead, duly signed, sealed, and dated, confirming the turnover amount is compulsory.

Site-specific Turnover (Mandatory where available)

Where site-specific turnover is maintained, applicants must submit site-specific turnover certified by the auditor on the auditor’s letterhead.

Organisation-level Turnover (Only if site-specific data is not available)

If site-specific turnover is not maintained, the auditor’s declaration must explicitly state that site-level turnover is not available, and applicants must provide the organisation-level turnover instead.

Consistency of Data

The turnover figures declared must exactly match across the Annual Report, auditor’s declaration, and the application form. Any discrepancy will result in rejection.

Accuracy and Accountability

The applicant organisation shall be solely responsible for the correctness of the turnover declared. Any false, misleading, or unverifiable information will lead to disqualification.

Document Quality and Verification

All documents must be clear, legible, and verifiable. CII reserves the right to seek clarification or reject applications with inadequate documentation.

Fee & Payment Details

Assessor Fee: The above fee includes the Assessor Fee, which will be disbursed by CII directly to the assessors.
Application Fee: The application fee is non-refundable and non-adjustable against any other CII event or activity. Complete the application fee payment promptly within a week of receipt of proforma invoice to access the assessment checklist
Invoice Process: Upon application submission, a Proforma Invoice will be generated and made available on the applicant’s dashboard. Applicants are advised to process the payment using this Proforma Invoice, as the Tax Invoice will be issued by CII once payment is received and confirmed. The Tax Invoice will subsequently be accessible through the dashboard.
Spot Light Award Entries: For EHS Leadership, Women in EHS, and Project Excellence Awards, applicants may submit multiple entries. Corresponding payments can be made along with the application fee.

Payment must be made as per the deadline mentioned in the Fee Structure.
